This website is operated by True Path Consulting Services LLC, a business based in Florida, United States. For privacy questions or requests, email support@truepathconsultingservices.com.
When you send a message or request a meeting, we receive the name, email address, message, and any business or scheduling details you choose to share. We use this information to respond, arrange conversations, assess your request, and manage business communications. Please do not send passwords, payment information, confidential client records, or other sensitive information through the contact form.
Our WordPress.com hosting and Jetpack services process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, pages visited, referring pages, and request times. This information supports site operation, security, troubleshooting, and visitor statistics. Form and anti-spam tools may also process technical information to help identify abusive submissions.
WordPress.com and site tools use cookies or similar technologies for features such as security, authentication, and site operation. Our dark/light theme control stores your choice in your browser’s local storage. You can remove that preference by clearing this site’s browser data. You can also manage cookies in your browser; blocking them may affect some site features. Details about our hosting provider’s use of cookies and visitor information are available in the Automattic Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
We use WordPress.com/Automattic for hosting and site services, WPForms for the inquiry form, and business email services to receive and respond to messages. Providers process information needed to deliver their services. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where those providers operate. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and security, or to professional advisers supporting our business.
For inquiries that do not become client engagements, our retention target is 12 months after the last substantive interaction. We may retain information longer for an active relationship, an unresolved request or dispute, or a legal, accounting, or security obligation. Client records follow the applicable engagement and recordkeeping requirements. Hosting logs and backups may follow separate provider retention cycles; removal from active records does not immediately remove every backup copy.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have provided, or ask questions about its use, by emailing our support address. We may need to verify your identity. We will handle requests under applicable law, including any limits on deletion where records must be retained. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, email system, or transmission method is completely secure. Please contact us if you believe information has been sent to us in error.
This business website is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it. External websites, including LinkedIn, have their own privacy practices.
We may revise this policy as our services or website practices change. The effective date below identifies the current version.
